Our Story

Advanced Lock Services in FV since 1994. We are the only locally own and operated lock service in town. Joel is a North Carolina native and has extensive experience in government services, commercial inspections as well as unique skills with vintage locks and keys. Kathleen moved to North Carolina from Oregon in 2004 and got her locksmith license in 2005. She is one of a handful of female locksmiths in the area. We have an apprentice, Nick B. currently training with us and he will sit for his licensing exam at the end of 2021.
